How it works

Phase 1 :
Gather the insight

A short leadership questionnaire and review of key documents to identify what’s working and what’s not.

One day (virtual or in-person) inside your agency, through observation, conversations, and exploration, to uncover what’s really happening at each stage of your projects.

Phase 2:
Deep dive day

Your tailored report summarising the findings, including a visual Foundations + Flow Map, three key priorities, and a 90-day focus plan to move forward with confidence.

The clarity plan
